30-day challenges
Today I will tell you about 30-day challenges.
Definition; For one month, you challenge yourself to do something every day.Example;no TV or taking a picture every day. By doing a 30-day challenge, you can add a good habit to your life or subtract a bad one.
There are three advantages of doing a 30-day challenge.
*The first one is that you gain your self-esteem and confidence. You instinctively feel satisfaction from the fact that you set a goal and you suceeded to acheive it.
*Secondly, your life becomes much more memorable. When you challenge yourself to do somehing special for one whole month, you'll surely remember what you did, where you did it, when you did it and why you did it. Your life can become much more adventurous, fun and unique.
*Lastly, you can still do a 30-day challenge even if it seems really hard. It can make you automatically feel positive and make you think optimistically that you can actually do things. You can open your mind to life.
